Air Intake and Exhaust System Optimization
Air Intake and Exhaust System Optimization
ANSYS CFD helped Mahindra and Mahindra engineers predict engine performance early in the design process by simulating the air intake and exhaust system of the XUV500 engine. Understanding performance using ANSYS software enabled the company to improve and meet air intake and exhaust systems targets, while constrained by a small underhood space.

Fluid–Structure Interaction with ANSYS Multiphysics
November 20 at 4 pm EST
Fluid–structure interaction (FSI) with ANSYS Multiphysics simulations offer engineers deep insight into the physical interactions that impact their products and processes. FSI simulations analyze how fluid flow affects adjacent structures, and in turn, how the structures affect the fluid flow.

Using ANSYS Tools to Perform Efficient Dynamics Analysis
December 3 at 4 pm EST
Creating efficient finite element models is critical to effectively utilizing the explicit method to solve highly dynamic behavior, for example, for drop testing or blast loading. Simulation using explicit dynamics tools — including ANSYS Autodyn, ANSYS Explicit STR and ANSYS LS-DYNA — can be performed more quickly and with better results by using some best practices.
